Fee Schedule

We offer you many services at Eagle's Eye, covering a large scope of professional photographic print and electronic image products. Each client invests only in those services which best apply to his/her project and will create the greatest impact for a presentation!

The photographic images we create, are visual tools for each client to help create a unique and impressive statement about their project, and to assist you in visually showing the complete story, which assists im helping make someone take an action. The images we create digitally, are our tools created to produce the final photographic prints/images for your specific project.

The photographic fees we charge are based only on a simple "use fee" concept, ie - the higher the use, the higher the fee. This system has allowed us to keep the prices as low as they are for over 25 years, for those who only need 1 or 2 prints. This also allows clients to use us on all of their projects, not just the big one's. The original creation and file access fee's cover Professional Services, research, image preparation and business operation expenses. First Print costs, graphics, duplicates and or Reproduction License fee's are seperate to customize each specific photo request. Each client invests only for the custom-designed photographic program that best serves their specific project needs.

When you invest in the basic Professional Service fee of the images we create, you agree not to reproduce the photographic images we create, in any form without the purchase of the appropriate Reproduction License which is based only on use. Again, this allows us to be fairly priced for the client needing only one print vs, the client that needs 1000 copies for distribution or a digital file for electronic distribution.

REPRODUCTION of IMAGES - The reproduction and use of an image we create, is our only means of generating income for the photography business to continue to operate, as it has been serving photographic needs since 1978.

When reproduction of an image we provide, is made in any form, without our knowledge, our only source of income is by-passed and destroyed. When images are reprocduced by another firm, income is generated for them, from a product we created for you. Eagle's Eye is damaged by losing its only source of income. We ask that each client respect our source of income generation and purchase any necessary reproduction license for each of your projects when necessary. Again, the reproduction license is based on use and the number of print copies required.

Shipping	All out-of-town orders can be shipped by whatever means you request, as long as you provide your shipping account number. Otherwise, the print order will be shipped by Priority Mail at a minimum cost of $5.00.
RUSH Service	Payment must be made at the time the order is placed or when the order is picked up. There is a minimum $20.00 fee, based on existing workload and what has to be bumped in order to provide the RUSH service. There may be a few times when it is not possible to provide RUSH service based on current workload.
Framing	We keep metal frames in stock; the color we have chosen is Pewter. It is a neutral color, and usually goes with all the images we produce. Call for a quote.
Vacuum Dry Mounting	Color enlargements are mounted on 3/16" foam core. Upon request, we can mount on black or white 1/2" gatorboard. Call for a quote.
