With today's technology, equipment, and cost of construction loans, construction is fast-paced to meet demanding completion deadlines to get a project built and into operation. Many projects are on a fast-track schedule. The VALUE and IMPORTANCE in keeping excellent records of the project activities and progress, is an absolute must to protect against any type of claim which can arrise before, during or after project completion. Especially in the complexity of a construction project where one process or sub-contractors timely performance is very dependent on another. Our basic documentation program starts at only $185.00 per month.

By placing Eagle's Eye Photo on your construction team, and utilizing our professional photographic, oblique aerial images and or ground documentation, you will have visual images created which support and become an intergral part of your record keeping process of the project. You gain third party documentation,which is vitally important from a legal stand point, when a dispute does arrise. Contractors find that the visual documentation at specific intervals of time, become an important, valuable, supporting document of the construction progress, in addition to submission with monthly inspection and draw reports.

The images we provide, create clear, crisp detail that accurately document specific intervals in the construction time line. In many instances, over the years of providing this service, we find time and time again, that contractors use these aerials to solve a dispute about the project, which is causing harm to the project time line, and overall profit from the job. One photo can save thousands of dollars.

,Our basic, local area, aerial, once-a-month, 4-view, 8.5X11 custom color series begins at $185.00, and only $11.50 per additional duplicates required of each view for the owner, architect, engineer, bank, etc.  Labeling, slides and/or digital upgrades on CD ROM are also available. Out-of-town assignments are accepted as well. To provide a specific quote, we need the following information to begin:

--The location of the project
--Your name, Company name and phone number
--The planned duration of the project in months

--Photographic requirements - prints and/or digital images

--Type of documentation requested; aerial-ground and or video
--How many times a month documentation is required
--Number of views required
--How many duplicate prints of each view are required

We will then fax you a specific quote to insert into your bid.

The progress photos created fulfill any 01380, 01381, or subsequent custom project specifications.  As a matter of fact, Eagle's Eye Photo Imaging has been the professional photographer of choice in the documentation of every major construction project in Albuquerque and surrounding areas for the last 17 years (a list is available on request).  A few of these projects include the Airport Terminal Reconstruction, Airport Rental car facility, Federal Court House, Transporatation Center, Hyatt Tamaya, Social Security Building, General Mills, Albuquerque Plaza, Intel, the Montano Bridge, and many State Highway Department projects which now includes the "Big I". 

All progress photographic work provided is filmed with professional, medium format camera equipment to provide sharp, clear, crisp images to the client, especially when enlargements are required. Digital image requirements are made with a digital camera which provides up to a 4.1 mega-pixel file, which can be placed on a CD-ROM. This file size is excellent for making 8.5x11 prints when necessary. In cases where slides are also requested, we utilized a Cannon 35mm camera. Eagle's Eye is not a contractor and is not subject to retainage. All necessary business liability insurance is carried and we provide our own safety equipment on site. Once a proposal is signed and accepted, we will require a Purchase Order # for the job, to attach to the invoice. Aerial photography is classified as a service by the New Mexico State Tax & Revenue Dept. Therefore Gross Receipts will be added to each invoice, which are NET 30. The quoted prices do not include shipping, delivery fee's or use fee's which would require the purchase of a Reproduction License.

All final photographic work is produced locally in our own color and digital photo lab, located at our office, 2521 Madison Ave. NE. This enables us to control cost, quality, confidentiality and turn around time. No photograph of the project will ever be provided to another source by Eagle's Eye, without written authorization from the project manager or Contracting Company

Each construction project is unique in it's own way, and subject to many variables. We do not have early or late completion penalties. We understand situations change during the course of a project and we remain flexible to address any change orders. Our quote is based on the specifications provided. Should there be any changes as to frequency, quantity of the images requested or the image product and or use, we will need to be issued a written change order, which will effect the total monthly charges for our photographic services.
