Each custom graphic requested is individually designed to meet your specific requirement--here are just a few examples of how your photograph can be enhanced using color graphics:

• Add your logo/name/telephone number

• Outline property shown in the photograph

• Clean up the property

• Label other properties

• Picture-in-picture, etc.

• Label streets with traffic counts

The photographic image ordered is converted into a digital file, the graphics are then designed and applied to the image; next the image is made back into continuous-tone 8.5x11 color, on a special printer that makes glossy photographic prints.  With the use of digital imaging, we can create picture-in-picture displays as well (shown at the top of the page).  Many times, this provides significant additional information to your potential buyer.  The picture-in-picture could be either a close-up aerial, a ground photo of the subject property, or a plat.

Our custom maps are designed to enhance the information packages you send out on the properties you represent.  We customize them with a site name and basic information about the property; we can also add your name and logo.  Custom plat maps are also available, all we require is a basic blueline plat map of your property.   The Albuquerque map is available now; the Santa Fe map is in the works.
